We've eaten a lot of green curry over the last couple of months. This was by far the fanciest presentation. The floral part of the squash came off to reveal steaming hot curry...YUM!
After our cooking class (photos to come), I can make the curry. Sadly, there was not time to learn the vegetable carving. Maybe I can practice in all my free time!
